Cost

Now to the all important question - how much is this going to cost?

The conference team understands that budgets are often tight, so as far as possible, we have tried to keep costs as low as we can. However costs from Schönblick have increased since the last conference.

The price covers the conference fee, plus all food and accommodation from the evening meal on August 1 until breakfast on August 6.

The cost does not cover transport to and from the conference, local transport, or activities that you might chose to do during the free time. 

If you want to arrive a day earlier or leave later, then booking any extra nights will need to be arranged and paid for directly with Schönblick by contacting Birgit Baur: birgit.baur@schoenblick.de 

 

Payment

For those who are in ITeams, One Collective or Singular, the amounts will be automatically charged to your support account with your National Organisation. You do not need to do anything for that. The amount will be taken out in the first half of July.

For those who are not in ITeams, One Collective or Singular, we kindly ask you to transfer the amount due to our conference bank account before 15 July. We will forward the bank details to you separately closer to the the time.

 

Adults - all prices are per person: 

Single room - 450 Euro

Double / Twin share room - 382 Euro

Family room - 382 Euro

Multi-bed room (bunk beds) - 294 Euro

 

NB. All rooms include their own toilet and shower. If you are an ITeams, One Collective or Singular member, your spouse and any children 18 years and older are also considered members for the purposes of the conference fee schedule. 

 

Children:

0-3 years - free

4-7 years - 126 Euro

8-12 years - 146 Euro

13-17 years - 174 Euro

 

Please note - that by registering for the conference you are giving permission for the Conference Team to request payment from your National Organisation.

Cancellation

Until 15 June you can cancel your registration without cost. 

After June 15 we will unfortunately not be able to give you a full refund.
