Getting there
Arrival by car
The Monbach Valley is located between Pforzheim and Calw on the B 463.
Coming from Pforzheim, turn left 2 km before Bad Liebenzell (white sign “Monbachtal”), cross the Nagold River, and follow the signs. Our buildings are located beyond the railway line.
Coming from Calw or Weil der Stadt, drive toward Pforzheim in Bad Liebenzell and turn right after 2 km (white sign).
Important tip for arrival using a navigation system:
Some navigation systems cannot find the street name “Im Monbachtal 1.” Please instead enter the address “Im Monbachtal 1, 75242 Neuhausen,” or alternatively use the street “Im Nagoldtal 1 or 3.” This road runs directly in front of the Monbachtal site.
Important: Be sure to enter “75378 Bad Liebenzell” (if coming from Calw or Weil der Stadt) or “75399 Dennjächt” (if coming from Pforzheim) as an intermediate destination; otherwise, the route may lead via a narrow side road that is not always passable.
Arrival by train
The Monbach-Neuhausen request stop is only a few minutes’ walk from our guesthouses. From Pforzheim, we can be reached in about 15 minutes via the Kulturbahn.
From Stuttgart, take the S6 to Weil der Stadt. From there, a bus goes to Bad Liebenzell, and then it is a 3-minute train ride to Monbachtal. By prior arrangement, a paid pickup from Weil der Stadt is also possible.
Registration will be in the guesthouse 2 at the entrance to the valley at the reception from 15.30.
